Ms. Pucelik is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University and Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law where she was an associate editor of Law Review.  She served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Shanstrom, U.S. District Court, Billings, Montana.  Ms. Pucelik began her career as a Public Defender and then moved to civil litigation.  She has extensive experience in workers' compensation, civil litigation, including insurance defense and business litigation, criminal defense and juvenile law.  Ms. Pucelik's practice currently focuses on workers' compensation.
