Gary J. Benson
Mr. Benson advises and counsels numerous businesses on their employment practices and procedures. He has litigated Title VII, ADA, ADEA and ERISA claims as well as commercial business disputes and construction matters. Mr. Benson is a frequent lecturer on issues surrounding employment law, and has given Colorado Bar Association accredited courses on a variety of employment law topics. Mr. Benson practiced with Pryor, Carney & Johnson, P.C. until 1995 when he joined Dworkin, Chambers, Williams, York, Benson, & Evans, P.C. as a principal. Mr. Benson serves as a member of the Board of Directors of The Sean McCauley Hope Foundation.
